Integrity refers to the glass’s ability to remain intact within the frame, in the event of a fire, for a set and tested period of time.
Insulation is the ability of the glass to hold back the heat of a fire and therefore keep the non-fire-side cool for a tested period of time.
The first number refers to the amount of time the glass will maintain its integrity (ie ability to remain intact within the frame in the event of a fire). The second number refers to the amount of time the glass will insulate you from the fire.
Simply specify the thickness required as well as the integrity and insulation of the product, i.e. 30/0, 30/30, 60/0, 60/30, 60/60 etc and of course the dimensions (width by height) and whether it is going to be glazed into a timber or steel frame.
We will then check that all your details match the certification and give you a price and delivery time.
